How to Book a Resort Stay
South African Residents:
Once you have selected the resort you wish to enquire about or book please follow the steps below;
- Please select the resort name & the dates you wish to travel.
- Please have your credit card details ready to complete the reservation.
- Please call our South African office on 0861 269 846
- Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed and a confirmation letter will be sent out. Also, our Travel advisory desk is available for information on all your holiday sightseeing needs.
International Residents:*
- Please select the resort name & the dates you wish to travel.
- Please have your credit card details ready to complete the reservation.
- Please call our Australian Office on +61 7 5514 3396, Option 4.

*Please note that all bookings are charged in AUD. All bookings paid using MasterCard or Visa will incur a 1.5% surcharge on the total price of the booking. All bookings paid using American Express or Diners will incur a 3.5% surcharge on the total price of the booking. Please also note that resort enquiries/requests can take up to 72 hours to confirm. No refund applicable on a cancellation of a booking.
